Wellness for Filmmakers: Breathe-Move-Sound with Jasiri Nkalati

BREATHE.MOVE.SOUND.
This special workshop is for filmmakers to help with burnout and release anxiety. Join our special guest Yogi and Certified Health Coach Jasiri Nkalati in a process that invites you to land fully and expansively inside the body, moving the body, the breathe and the voice to encourage release. Letting go in a most authentic way, concluding the process with intentional gathering of energy and guided stillness.  Jasiri Nkalati is passionate about supporting women towards restoring essential self connection. She believes the most relevant work is be aware of self and she works to educate on subjects of self study, intimacy, writing for healing, and Asana Yoga.
